What to expect
Personalized adult internal medicine
New-patient appointments create time to review your medical history, current medications, prior records, family history, and health goals. Dr. Liu-An then develops an individualized plan for follow-up, preventive care, and any testing that is medically appropriate.
Annual physical exams may include a physical examination, cardiovascular and metabolic risk review, screening recommendations, medication review, and laboratory planning. Blood specimens can be collected in the office and sent to the appropriate outside laboratory for processing when needed.
For established patients, ongoing visits support management of common long-term conditions, medication monitoring, and timely evaluation of new symptoms. Same-day sick visits may be available depending on the schedule and the nature of the concern.
